Innovative Progress in Personal Injury Case Management
Happy April Fools’ Day from the Quilia team! We know it’s a day for pranks and jokes, but we’re not kidding when we say we’re making great progress on our app.
As you’ll see in this status update, we’re not just fooling around – we have exciting news to share about our user base, features, and investment opportunities. So, after you’ve enjoyed some April Fools’ fun, take a moment to read on and learn about what we’ve been up to lately.
Injured People Are Using Quilia
During our closed beta, we’re thrilled to have actual people injured in a car accident currently using Quilia to keep their case updated. We believe that by empowering injured people to manage their case information, we’re reducing the burden on attorneys and allowing them to focus on the most important aspects of their job.
Net Promoter Score
We’re also proud to report that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is currently at 100 across the board. This means that all of our users are extremely satisfied with our app and are likely to recommend it to others.
New Features
To better serve our users, we’re constantly releasing new features. We’ve been able to release 3-5 new features every week. This includes features like property damage photo support and font scaling support for most UI components.
Bug Fixes and Feedback
We’re not just adding new features, we’re also regularly pushing bug fixes and feedback-related updates from users. This ensures that Quilia is running smoothly and that users are satisfied with the app’s performance.
Investor Interest
In addition to user satisfaction, we’ve also generated interest from investors. We’ve met with four possible investors related to a $500k pre-seed raise. We’re confident that with their support, we’ll be able to take Quilia to the next level.
Artificial Intelligence
We’re always looking for ways to improve our app, and we’re constantly evaluating our usage of AI and machine learning to make our product better and stay relevant.
How We’re Helping Injured People and Their Attorneys
We’re working hard to deliver a stellar product to our injured users and their attorneys because we know that without them, our product won’t succeed. We’re excited to continue on this journey and to see what the future holds for Quilia.
