  • Introduce the Quilia app and its benefits
  • Outline immediate next steps
  • Set expectations for communication

Day 1-3 Messages

Day 1: Introduction

"Welcome, {{firstName}}! I'm [Name] and I'll be working on your case. Our goal is to get you the best possible outcome. First step: please upload any accident photos and documents you have."

Day 2: App Orientation

"Quick tip: The Quilia app is your case headquarters. Use it to log pain levels, upload documents, and message us. Taking 5 minutes to explore the app will help you get the most from it."

Day 3: Check-In

"How are you doing? Remember to log your pain levels daily - this documentation is valuable for your case. Let me know if you have any questions!"
