The Quilia app makes it easy to communicate with your legal team securely. Here's how to send messages and what to expect.

Sending a Message

  1. Open the Quilia app

  1. Tap the Messages or Chat icon
  2. Type your message
  3. Tap Send

What to Include in Your Messages

  • Be specific about your question or update
  • Include relevant dates and details
  • Mention any deadlines if applicable

Example: "I have a doctor appointment on March 15th. Do I need to do anything special to prepare?"

Response Times

Your legal team typically responds within one business day. For urgent matters, indicate urgency in your message.
