Language Support Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about multilingual support in Quilia, including available languages and how translation works for client communication.

7 questions

What languages does the app support?

Quilia currently supports English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Khmer, Korean, Portuguese, Thai, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, and Armenian. We're adding more all the time—if your client needs another language, just let us know and we can usually add it within 24 hours.

Can Quilia add more languages if we need them?

Yes. If your firm serves a community that speaks a language we don’t yet support, we can usually add it quickly. Just let us know and we’ll build the translation file.

Can clients respond in their own language?

Yes. They can write in whatever language they prefer. You'll see their original message plus an English translation inside your CMS or dashboard.

Does the app auto-detect language preference?

Yes. If they're using the web app, we detect their browser language and auto-translate content accordingly.

Are all languages auto-translated?

Yes. Quilia uses a combination of AI translation and human review to create accurate translation files. That way, clients get a natural experience and your team gets clear, reliable information.

Do attorneys have to translate messages themselves?

Nope. Quilia handles translations automatically. Clients see the app in their language, and your team sees their responses in English—no extra steps needed.

Does language support cost extra?

No. Multilingual support is included. Serving clients in their preferred language is core to Quilia, not an add-on.
