How do clients send referrals?

Once clients are onboarded, they’ll see a 'Refer a Case or Get Help' button inside your firm’s profile in the app. They just tap, fill in a few details, and it goes straight to your team.

Can referrals be routed to the right partner automatically?

Yes. Basic referrals go right to your firm by email, but we also support smart routing. Referrals can be sent to integration partners based on case type or jurisdiction.

Will we know which client sent the referral?

Absolutely. Every referral is tracked in Quilia, so you can see who sent it, what type of case it is, and where it originated.

Can we thank clients who refer others?

Yes. Quilia makes it easy to recognize and reward clients who send referrals, whether that’s with a handwritten note, a quick thank-you, or any follow-up your firm prefers.
