Integrate Smokeball with Quilia to streamline your personal injury practice workflow.

Smokeball's integration with Quilia brings your matter data into our client communication platform.

Prerequisites

  • Smokeball account (Grow plan or higher)
CMS integration setup in Quilia Portal
  • Quilia Portal admin account
  • Smokeball API access enabled

Enabling API Access

In Smokeball:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find "API Access" section
  3. Enable API access
  4. Generate API key
  5. Copy the key securely

Connecting to Quilia

  1. In Quilia Portal, go to Settings > Integrations
Quilia Portal Dashboard
Monitor client activity from your dashboard after connecting
  1. Click "Connect" next to Smokeball
  2. Paste your Smokeball API key
  3. Click "Verify & Connect"

What Syncs

  • Matters with Personal Injury type
  • Client contact information
  • Matter status and key dates
  • Document metadata (optional)

Workflow Tips

  • Use Smokeball as your system of record
  • Use Quilia for all client communication
  • Documents uploaded in Quilia sync back to Smokeball
