Neos users can connect their case management system to Quilia for powerful client communication features.
Prerequisites
- Neos account with API access

- Quilia Portal admin account
- Neos API credentials from your Neos administrator
Getting API Credentials
Contact your Neos administrator or Neos support to obtain:
- API endpoint URL
- Client ID
- Client Secret
Connection Steps
- In Quilia Portal, go to Settings > Integrations

- Click "Connect" next to Neos
- Enter your Neos API endpoint
- Enter Client ID and Client Secret
- Click "Test Connection"
- If successful, click "Save"
Data Mapping
Quilia maps Neos fields automatically:
- Case Number → Quilia Case ID
- Client Name → Contact Information
- Case Type → Category
- Status → Case Stage
Sync Frequency
Data syncs automatically every 15 minutes. You can also trigger manual syncs from individual case pages.
