Connecting Neos to Quilia

Set up the Neos integration to bring your case data into Quilia for enhanced client engagement.

Neos users can connect their case management system to Quilia for powerful client communication features.

Prerequisites

  • Neos account with API access
CMS integration setup in Quilia Portal
  • Quilia Portal admin account
  • Neos API credentials from your Neos administrator

Getting API Credentials

Contact your Neos administrator or Neos support to obtain:

  • API endpoint URL
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

Connection Steps

  1. In Quilia Portal, go to Settings > Integrations

Monitor client activity from your dashboard after connecting
  1. Click "Connect" next to Neos
  2. Enter your Neos API endpoint
  3. Enter Client ID and Client Secret
  4. Click "Test Connection"
  5. If successful, click "Save"

Data Mapping

Quilia maps Neos fields automatically:

  • Case Number → Quilia Case ID
  • Client Name → Contact Information
  • Case Type → Category
  • Status → Case Stage

Sync Frequency

Data syncs automatically every 15 minutes. You can also trigger manual syncs from individual case pages.

Troubleshooting

  • Connection failed: Verify API credentials
  • Cases missing: Check case type filters
  • Contact Neos support for API issues
