MyCase integration allows seamless data flow between your practice management and client communication systems.
Prerequisites
- MyCase account with admin access

- Quilia Portal admin account
- API access enabled in MyCase (Settings > Integrations)
Connection Steps
- In Quilia Portal, go to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect" next to MyCase
- You'll be redirected to MyCase to authorize
- Review permissions and click "Authorize"
- Return to Quilia and confirm connection
Sync Settings
Configure what data syncs between systems:

- Cases: Auto-import new PI cases
- Contacts: Sync client information
- Documents: Two-way document sharing
- Notes: Communication logs to MyCase
Importing Existing Cases
After connecting, import your existing cases:
- Go to Cases > Import from CMS
- Select MyCase as the source
- Choose cases to import
- Map any custom fields
- Click Import
