The Filevine integration brings your case data into Quilia, enabling powerful client communication features while keeping Filevine as your system of record.
Prerequisites
- Filevine account with API access enabled

- Quilia Portal admin account
- Filevine API key (contact Filevine support if needed)
Connection Steps
- In Quilia Portal, go to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect" next to Filevine
- Enter your Filevine organization ID
- Paste your Filevine API key
- Click "Verify Connection"
- Select which project templates to sync
Sync Configuration
Configure what data flows between systems:

- Case data: Project fields, phases, and status
- Contacts: Client information and relationships
- Documents: Two-way document syncing
- Notes: Communication logs to Filevine notes
