Connect your Google Business Profile to Quilia to see all of your Google reviews in one place, respond to them directly, assign them to team members, and share your best reviews on social media.
Connect Your Google Account
Click the button below to connect your Google Business Profile. If you are not already signed in to the portal you will be prompted to sign in first.
After clicking the button, sign in with the Google account that manages your firm's Business Profile and grant Quilia permission to access your reviews. Once connected you will be taken straight to your reputation dashboard.
Which Google account?
Use the Google account that owns or manages your firm's Google Business Profile. If you are not sure which account that is, check who manages your listing in Google Business Profile Manager.

Managing Your Google Reviews
After connecting, head to the Reputation page in your portal. You will see your Google reviews in a sidebar on the right, alongside your NPS ratings and client feedback on the left.

Reply to Reviews
Click on any Google review to open the reply dialog. Write your response and click Send Reply. It will be posted directly to Google as a reply from your business.

Assign Reviews to Your Team
You can assign any Google review to one or more team members. This is helpful for tracking who should follow up on a review or linking a review to the staff member who worked with that client.
Click the assign icon on a review to open the assignment dialog, search for team members, and click Save.

Share Your Best Reviews
Want to highlight a great review? Click the share icon on any review to open the sharing dialog. You can:
- Copy to clipboard โ paste it anywhere such as email, social media, or internal chat
- Download โ save a branded image of the review to share on social media or your website

Connecting from Inside the Portal
You can also connect from inside the portal if you are already logged in:
- Go to the Reputation page
- Click Configure Google in the top right
- Click Connect Google Business Profile


Permissions
You need to be an attorney or admin member to connect Google Business Profile. If you do not see the option, ask your firm's administrator to grant you access or use the direct link above.
