Optimize your client communication by sending messages at times when they're most likely to engage.

Timing matters in client communication. Sending messages at the right time increases open rates and response rates.

Optimal Send Times

Best Days

  • Tuesday through Thursday: Highest engagement
  • Monday: Good, but avoid early morning
  • Friday: Morning only; afternoon engagement drops
  • Weekends: Emergency only

Best Hours

  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Peak engagement window
  • 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Good secondary window
  • Avoid: Before 8 AM and after 6 PM

Using Scheduled Messages

  1. Compose your message
  2. Click "Schedule" instead of "Send"
  3. Select Tuesday-Thursday, 9-10 AM
