Adding an Appointment for a Client

Adding appointments in Quilia ensures clients see them instantly in their app, helping to reduce missed appointments. Simply log in, access the client profile, navigate to the Appointments tab, add the details, and create the appointment; the client will receive it automatically.

💡 Important
Appointments added in Quilia are instantly visible to the client in their app. This helps keep everyone on the same page and reduces missed appointments.

Step 1: Log in to Quilia

Make sure you are logged into your Quilia account with the correct firm credentials.

Step 2: Open the Client Profile

Navigate to the client’s profile for whom you want to schedule the appointment.

Step 3: Go to the Appointments Tab

Click on the Appointments tab inside the client’s profile.

Step 4: Add Appointment Details

Select Add Appointment, then:

  • Choose the appointment date and time
  • Select the provider from the list

Step 5: Create the Appointment

Click Create to save the appointment.

Step 6: Confirm Appointment

Go to the Treatment > Appointments tab to confirm that the appointment is listed.

The client will automatically receive the appointment on their side of the app — no extra steps needed.
