Lost wages are a significant part of many personal injury claims. Proper documentation helps you recover what you've lost.

What Counts as Lost Wages

  • Days missed from work due to injury

  • Used sick days or vacation time
  • Self-employment income losses

Documents to Gather

For Employees

  • Recent pay stubs (last 3-6 months)
  • Letter from employer confirming missed time
  • Tax returns or W-2s

For Self-Employed

  • Tax returns (2-3 years)
  • Profit/loss statements
  • Contracts or invoices showing lost work

How to Track in the App
